At QuranEd, we are committed to providing high-quality online Quran education. Our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction for students and parents. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling in any course.
Free Trial Class
We offer a free trial class for all new students. This allows you to experience our teaching method and online system before making any payment. We strongly encourage students to attend the trial class before enrolling.
Refund Eligibility
If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
Refund requests must be made within the first 7 days of enrollment.
Refund applies only if you are not satisfied with the teaching quality.
Refund is not applicable after regular classes have continued beyond the eligible period.
Monthly Fee Policy
Once a monthly fee is paid and classes have started, it is considered non-refundable after the eligible refund period.
Missed classes without prior notice are not refundable.
In case of technical issues from our side, we will arrange makeup classes instead of refunds.
Cancellation Policy
Students may cancel their enrollment at any time with prior notice.
Cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle.
No partial refunds are provided for unused classes within the current month.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.
